Specialized Treatment Service which has specific applications to psychiatric disturbances that often are of the most serious nature The clinical psychologist develops the program over a series of evaluative/treatment sessions Targeted behavior (e.g. hitting other residents and staff) is analyzed A written summary is submitted with communication of the plan to direct care staff via mini in-services Ongoing consultations are made until outcomes are achieved
